The Ministry of Home Affairs recognized the RPA as the Best Police Training Academy for Non-Gazetted Officers in 2015-16, for Gazetted Officers in 2016-17, and again in 2019-20. I hope we will continue our efforts to build a strong organization by maintaining this level of excellence and improve upon it.
Over the years, we have transformed our training methodologies to keep pace with the evolving demands of policing in a complex socio-digital landscape.
